 The essential oils are so pleasant. The shampoo doesn’t irritate her eyes or my hands the way some other dog shampoos do. And, I can actually see the dirt coming out of her coat. When she’s wet, she smells fresh, not the typical “wet dog” odor. The conditioner is like a human conditioner. It stops her fur from matting and makes it silky and soft.
